Akiko Shinzato studied jewellery design at Central Saint Martins, London. Her major achievements are Swarovski Design Award 2015 and Student Award at Enjoia’t Contemporary Jewellery Competition 2015. She is currently back in her hometown Okinawa, Japan, and works for VIVON, her brother’s jewellery and accessories brand, and also is a tutor of Jewellery Design Course at Okinawa School of Photo Design and Crafts.
